Quick Facts:

I am a second-year Counseling Psychology Doctoral student at Georgia State University. 

I am currently a Member of the APAGS Committee for the Advancement of Racial and Ethnic Diversity (CARED). 

 

I have experience with leadership, service, and advoacy at the National and University level. 

 

I served as Co-Chair of the International Student Sub-Committee of the Planning Committee for the Counseling Psychology in Action Conference

 

I have advocated for the Minority Fellowship Progam on Capitol Hill 

Quick Facts:

I received my master's in Human Development from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA

I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans 

I currently work under the supervision of Dr. Cirleen DeBlaere.  Broadly, we focus on examining experiences of discrimination among individuals with multiple marginalized identities (particular focus on sexual and ethnic minorities) and investigate links to mental health and well-being. 

I speak spanish and I am hoping to focus more of my clinical interests in working with spanish speaking clients.
